We take great pride in blending bespoke compassionate care and build deep, meaningful relationships with each client and their family to support their personal needs and wishes.
āHome Helpers has made such a difference to my life, they have given me the support that I had thought Iād lost after my stroke. HHC have been there from the beginning of my care and have been by my side throughout.ā
Why Us
With compassion, kindness, and dignity Home Helpers Care creates tailored care and strive for excellence in everything we do to support loved ones to stay safe and live independently in their own home.
We have consistently maintained the highest standards set out and regulated by the Care Quality Commission. In addition to the strictest regulatory standards, we also offer extra reassurance with additional independent checks of our care services and our Care Assistants.
Our Team and Care Assistants
Our professional, friendly and approachable Home Helpers Care Team are always available as reassurance, offering 24-Hour support and advice should you or your loved one need assistance.
At Home Helpers Care we screen our Care Assistants very carefully before they begin the process of being trained by us. Pre-employment interviews, reference checks, mandatory clear DBS police checks are required and reviewed for all employees. Our Carers who are well-trained and well-treated with continual professional training, also achieve relevant NVQs and Diplomas in care.
